Cancellation Conditions

If a shipping label has been created, or the order has already been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

Drop ship items and special-order items cannot be cancelled.

3% fee applies to all cancelled orders. This fee is charged by the payment processing company, not Strictly European Motors Ltd
